Escalation Intelligence Review™

Most Practices Are Escalating The Wrong Problem.

When credentialing stalls, claims remain unpaid, or closed panels block growth, the issue is rarely what the payer tells you. The Escalation Intelligence Review identifies the real bottleneck and provides a customized roadmap for resolution.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What information is required?

To conduct a meaningful review, we'll need information that helps us understand the history of the issue and the actions already taken. Depending on your situation, this may include: dates of key events and submissions; names and titles of payer representatives contacted; reference numbers, tickets, or case IDs; copies of emails, letters, or other payer correspondence; screenshots from payer portals or provider systems; claims, credentialing, contracting, or enrollment details relevant to the issue; and a brief summary of the outcome you are seeking. The more complete the information provided, the more precise the analysis and recommendations can be.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. All information submitted is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of conducting your Strategic Escalation Intelligence Review. Information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) unless specifically requested. If PHI is included, it should be limited to the minimum necessary information required to understand the issue.

Do you access our systems?

No. We do not access payer portals, EHR systems, billing software, credentialing platforms, or internal practice systems. The review is conducted using the information and documentation you provide. This allows us to maintain clear security boundaries while delivering an independent assessment of the issue.

Will you contact insurers on our behalf?

No. The Escalation Intelligence Review is a strategic intelligence and advisory service. You and your team remain in control of all communications with payers. Our role is to identify potential roadblocks, escalation opportunities, leverage points, and strategic pathways that may help move the issue forward.

How long does the review take?

Most reviews are completed within 3 to 5 business days after all requested information has been received. Complex cases involving multiple payers, extensive documentation, or long escalation histories may require additional time.

What happens after the review?

You will receive a customized Escalation Intelligence Review that identifies the most likely barriers contributing to the issue and outlines potential pathways for resolution. Depending on the circumstances, your review may include: root cause findings; escalation hierarchy recommendations; executive-level payer contacts, when appropriate; strategic communication recommendations; regulatory or contractual considerations that may strengthen your position; documentation gaps or opportunities; and priority actions for you or your team. The objective is to provide a clear roadmap so you can stop guessing, avoid unnecessary delays, and pursue the most effective next steps.

Is this consulting?

Not in the traditional sense. The Escalation Intelligence Review is a structured strategic assessment designed to provide analysis, findings, and recommendations based on the information you provide. It is not ongoing consulting, legal advice, claims processing, credentialing services, or payer representation. However, many clients use the review as the foundation for their internal escalation strategy and decision-making process.

What is the investment?

The Escalation Intelligence Review begins at $2,500. Final pricing is determined by the complexity of the issue, number of clinicians involved, number of payers involved, documentation volume, and overall scope of analysis required. Following your application review, we will determine whether the engagement is a fit and provide the appropriate next steps.
